Reselling takes a cut — platform fees, your target profit. Cost Pilot factors in your own numbers so the data on screen reflects what an item really costs you. Try it:

Built by resellers, for the resale community

Cost Pilot started at a kitchen table, not a boardroom.

How it started

Cost Pilot was born watching a real Whatnot seller work. The tools out there were clunky, slow, or guessed at value with a single opinion. We knew sellers deserved faster, more accurate answers — so Stark's Dev built the tool we wished existed.

What it is

A calm instrument that watches your own screen during a live show, identifies items as they appear, and asks several AI models what each is worth — then factors in your fees and margin. It informs; you decide. Always.

Why it gives you an edge

We're reachable, and we build fast. Sellers tell us what would help, and we ship customizations that benefit the whole community. You're not buying frozen software — you're joining a tool that keeps getting sharper because real resellers shape it.

Have an idea that would make your sourcing or selling easier? Tell us — that’s how Cost Pilot grows.

A closer look at how it works

The short version is three steps. Here’s the supporting detail behind each, for those who want to know exactly what’s happening.

Watching your own screen — passively

You draw a box around the part of your screen showing the current item. Cost Pilot mirrors only that region, on a short interval, and uses change-detection so it only acts when a genuinely new item appears. It never bids, clicks, types, logs in, or touches the auction platform — it reads pixels you can already see. That’s the whole privacy model: passive observation of your screen, nothing more.

Identifying the item with AI vision

When a new item appears, its image is sent to an AI vision model that returns a structured read: what the item is, its category, attributes, and a confidence level. You can layer in audio context too — a rolling transcript of what the streamer is saying — which sharpens identification when sellers describe items verbally.

Pricing it with multiple AI models at once

Here’s the core idea: instead of trusting one opinion, Cost Pilot can ask several AI models in parallel and take the median. One model can be wrong; the consensus of several is far steadier. The more models on your plan, the more robust that estimate — that’s exactly what the pricing tiers are built around.

Turning value into your real number

An estimate isn’t useful until it accounts for your costs. Cost Pilot factors in your target margin, platform fees, and other costs to show what an item really needs to cost you. It shows the math — never a “good deal / bad deal” verdict. You stay the decision-maker.

Works beyond one platform

Because the input is simply “whatever is in the region you pick,” identification and estimates work on Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, and eBay alike — all as passive observation of your own screen. Live sold-price reading is currently tuned for Whatnot, where the hammer price displays in a stable spot.

Pick your crew

Two simple parts: a monthly plan for the software, plus metered AI usage — like a phone plan. More AI models means steadier pricing on every item.

Solo
1 AI model
$39.00/mo (1K miles)

Get started with OpenAI on every item. Great for trying the workflow.

Wingman
2 AI models
$99.00/mo (3K miles)

A second opinion for a steadier read. Two models OpenAI + Gemeni – Median value.

Squadron
3 AI models
$199.00/mo (7.5K miles)

Three models OpenAI + Gemeni + Grok in consensus — the sweet spot of accuracy and cost for active sellers.

Captain
4 AI models
$399.00/mo (15K miles)

OpenAI + Gemeni + Grok + Venice for every item — you command the full crew.

Ace
5 AI models
Contact Us (Unlimited miles)

OpenAI + Gemeni + Grok + Venice + Claude for every item — the full software suite at your fingertips.

Estimate your AI usage
How much do you watch?

AI calls are metered like phone minutes. Drag to see roughly how many calls your watching habits would use each month.

Hours watched per week

Items seen / month
~3,464
AI calls / month (Captain)
~17,320
Usage band
Heavy

Estimates only, based on typical show activity. On Captain, each item is priced by all 5 models, so calls ≈ items × 5. Fewer models = proportionally fewer calls.

Pricing and subscriptions are subject to change.
